How to Work Out Longer and Harder

If you still look cute at the end of the workout you didn’t train hard. Of course, it’s hard, it’s supposed to be hard. If it’s easy, everyone would do it. Hard is what makes it great. It’s easier to wake up early in the morning and workout than it is to look in the mirror each day and not like what you see. Fitness is not about being better than anyone else… It’s about being better than you used to be. Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live in.
